From the Caroma Coffeeroastery on the beautiful Alpe di Siusi in South Tyrol, Fabian Astenwald is waiting for you live to reveal the secrets behind an excellent Italian coffee.
The meeting on 3 February 2022 at 6.30 p.m. is dedicated to the preparation of typical espresso coffee using a typical Italian Moka.
If you want, you can try it at home too! You will need a Moka, a couple of cups, good ground coffee, water and, step by step, in just 20 minutes you will learn how to serve a perfect espresso.
