Conference registration

Due to the large number of papers and posters submitted to CERME 12, the opening of registration is postponed after the first round of revision will be concluded.

Pre-Registration

PRE-REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Starting March 1st, all payments to Italian public institutions including the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, must be done via the Italian pago PA system.

Advice for the payment
– In case you see an Italian site, please DO NOT click on it. Just wait until the process brings you to the next site, where you can select the English language.
– If you are getting into problem by paying with credit cart, please consider that it might be that the credit card(s) have the restrictions not to do payments outside from your country (versus Italy) or, that you have a sort
of security code to put in when you will pay which you should receive either by message, a push up message, a e-mail, etc.
– A solution could be that you could try to pay by PayPal. In this case, after going through the invoice details, please select “other payment methods” > PayPal.

If you need help with the pre-registration or if technical problems arise during payment, please write to us at the following e-mail address: cerme12@unibz.it and send with you a screenshot where you get stuck.

Cancellation Policy

We plan CERME 12 as a face-to-face meeting, according to its spirit and tradition, and in the current situation it is possible in Italy to plan such a meeting for February, 2021.

If a sudden worsening of the Covid situation worldwide or in Italy will make impossible to have a FtF meeting, then CERME 12 will be held online.

UPDATE regarding the cancellation policy.
